This publication is a work in progress and will be modified prior to final publication.  To protect the finalized version of this book for judgment, it is important to prevent publication of information related to the unfinished version of this book.  By accepting this publication for review, Reviewer agrees to refrain from transmitting, reproducing or in any way posting the contents, format or any summaries, reviews or opinions of this book to any sort of public forum, whether an oral, electronic or written transmission. 

 By accepting this publication for review, Reviewer agrees to read each section, review each example listed and provide detailed comments to the author.  Within sixty (60) days of receipt, Reviewer will return the publication and comments, as well as any copies of the material that were made.  Reviewer agrees not to retain any reproduction of the publication.  Reviewer has agreed to voluntarily review the enclosed publication and will not be compensated in any way, financially or otherwise, for time expended or comments incorporated into the final publication.  By returning comments to Jacoby Consulting, Reviewer expressly consents to Jacoby Consulting incorporating any such comments into the final publication.  Reviewer expressly waives any claims for compensation based on Jacoby Consulting's future use of Reviewer's comments. 

Jacoby Consulting will supply all materials and support needed for the review. When the book is finalized, Jacoby Consulting will send Reviewer a copy of the completed book, for Reviewer to keep.

Jacoby Consulting will not sell or give away Reviewer's contact info. Jacoby Consulting will contact Reviewer only as necessary to send materials to review and to collect or clarify feedback.
